Multiple Automatic Raises in the first 6 months
- .50 Mileage reimbursement if the sort location is 41 or more miles from your home.

- Perform visual inspection of automotive parts, looking for errors/defects by following the written instructions provided.
- We have DIRECT HIRE openings in our Findlay, Upper Sandusky, Bluffton area.
- Weekends and/or OT possible.
- Experience in manufacturing, production and/or quality control is a plus, but experience is NOT required.
- Benchmark’s internship program can help you earn valuable certifications in the quality field.
- Come with the desire to learn and WE WILL TRAIN YOU.

PAY & BENEFITS:
- Starting pay $15.00 - $16.00. Two .25 automatic raises at 90 days and 6 months.
- All Saturday & Sunday hours are paid as OT, even if you have not worked over 40 hrs
- Benefits include vacation & holiday pay, insurance, attendance bonus, 401k, and more.
- Weekly pay.
- Advancement opportunities after 30 days for those who qualify.

REQUIREMENTS:
- Be able to stand for 8 hours & lift up to 40 lbs
- Possess basic math, reading, and writing skills
- Be hard working, reliable, dependable, and able to work with minimal supervision
