We are looking for an experienced Maintenance Supervisor who is motivated, detail oriented and collaborative to join our team. This individual performs a variety of maintenance functions such as the installation, maintenance, and/or repair of equipment, HVAC, painting, wall repair, tile work and upkeep of the preventative maintenance program across the resort, hotel and associated buildings. This individual will work closely with departments across the resort, so the individual will need to be communicative and collaborative and have excellent troubleshooting and problem-solving skills.

Your role:
Demonstrates excellent communication skills to effectively coordinate maintenance activities across all departments
Performs general maintenance of building and facility mechanical, electrical, and plumbing systems
Performs general electrical repairs on appliances, house wiring and air conditioning systems, switches, fixtures and motors
Makes repairs on plumbing fixtures, piping, drains and sanitary systems
Make repairs to woodwork, wall vinyl, doors and window, carpeting, etc.
Performs general mechanical maintenance on pumps, compressors, water heaters, automotive equipment, and other miscellaneous equipment
Maintains records as required by company policy and procedures
Uses Work Order request systems and understands data and reporting functions so as to create efficiencies in workorders and reoccurring maintenance requests
Maintains logs on completed tasks. Submits all requested reports/logs and audit information in a timely manner.
Collaborates proactively with team members and other departments to ensure timely and efficient maintenance operations
Exhibits strong listening skills to understand guests and department needs and address maintenance concerns promptly
Acts as a reliable team player, fostering a positive and cooperative work environment
Capable of translating technical maintenance issues into clear, understandable information for non-technical staff
Prioritizes safety, teamwork, and open communication to enhance overall operational efficiency
What are we looking for?
Someone with a experience working in a Maintenance role at a hotel or resort strongly desired
Someone who can work under pressure in a fast-paced environment required
Someone with knowledge of "household" repairs (carpentry, electrical, plumbing, etc.) required
Someone with an collaborative and communicative personality required
Someone with a strong attention to detail
Someone with a passion for creating an exceptional experience for all guests
Someone with excellent communication skills
Someone who is available to work various shifts to include weekends and holidays
Ability to walk, stand, reach, crouch, bend, push/pull throughout duration of shift.
Ability to lift up to 50 lbs.
