Job Title: Senior Director Azure Software Product Development
Location: Northern NJ (Hybrid, 3 days/week onsite)
Type: Contract-to-Hire (3 6 months conversion window)
Overview:
For our direct client, a leading global professional services company, we seek a high-caliber IT leader to help drive the next phase of growth for a large-scale software product development initiative. This role is ideal for a strategic, execution-focused professional with deep experience managing complex, Azure-based product development programs across global teams.
Key Responsibilities:
- Lead a large, multi-track software development program, managing multiple solution teams across various application development streams.
- Define and evolve the product vision in alignment with business strategy and customer needs.
- Drive planning, execution, and delivery across Azure-based development projects, ensuring alignment with technical and business goals.
- Collaborate closely with global stakeholders, engineering, and product leadership to ensure cohesive execution.
- Promote a culture of teamwork, accountability, and continuous improvement within a hybrid work environment.
Required Qualifications:
- 10 years of experience leading complex, enterprise-scale software development programs.
- Proven success delivering cloud-native solutions on Microsoft Azure.
- Strong global delivery experience, including working with distributed teams and international stakeholders.
- Background in product management and product strategy, ideally in a consulting or enterprise SaaS environment.
- Exceptional communication, leadership, and cross-functional collaboration skills.
- Must be able to work onsite in the Northern NJ office at least 3 days per week.
Engagement Details:
