Client Delivery Opportunities (Associate & Team Lead/AVP) – Full Time – Hybrid

About the Role

We're partnering with our client, a fast-growing fintech firm, on multiple Client Delivery opportunities within its Data Solutions team. These positions range from Associate-level individual contributor roles to Team Lead/Assistant Vice President positions, supporting wealth management clients through a combination of financial reporting, investment operations, and technology.

Responsibilities

• Support and oversee financial reporting and data aggregation activities, including analyzing and explaining portfolio performance results
• Conduct account-level reconciliations, including research and resolution of breaks, cancels, and corrections
• Analyze private equity and hedge fund statements for input into reporting systems
• Partner with clients and internal teams to resolve data and reporting issues
• Manage or support client onboarding, account setup, training, day-to-day support, and issue resolution
• Configure and maintain financial software applications, including new client setup, financial account and asset classification, and data feed management
• Create custom reports based on client-specific needs and collaborate with vendor partners on system enhancements and data issues
• Work collaboratively to prioritize workloads and ensure projects are completed accurately and on schedule
• Develop and maintain operational procedures, controls, and best practices
• (Leadership roles) Lead, coach, and mentor client-facing analysts and associates while partnering with senior leadership to drive team performance and operational excellence

Qualifications

• 3–7 years of relevant experience (level dependent)
• Bachelor's degree required
• Experience with Addepar, Black Diamond, or similar wealth management platforms (Axys, APX, Orion, Archway, Solovis, Masttro, etc.)
• Experience supporting RIAs, family offices, wealth management firms, custodians, or wirehouses
• Strong understanding of financial instruments, portfolio performance reporting, and investment operations
• Knowledge of private equity, hedge funds, equities, fixed income, ETFs, mutual funds, SMA/UMA portfolios, and alternative investments
• Experience with client onboarding, portfolio reporting, account reconciliation, and data management
• Strong client relationship and communication skills
• Advanced Excel and PowerPoint skills; familiarity with database concepts and basic programming is a plus
• Strong analytical, organizational, and problem-solving skills with exceptional attention to detail
• Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, client-focused environment
• Leadership experience managing, coaching, and developing team members is required for Team Lead/AVP opportunities
