We are seeking a highly skilled and results-driven Marketing Professional with deep expertise in demand generation to own, scale, and optimize our revenue marketing engine. Reporting to the Chief Revenue Officer (CRO), this individual will be responsible for developing and executing integrated marketing strategies that drive pipeline growth, accelerate sales cycles, and improve customer acquisition efficiency. The ideal candidate is both a strategist and a hands-on operator, with proven success in building scalable demand generation programs that align closely with sales objectives.
Job Responsibilities
Strategy & Leadership
- Define and execute the demand generation strategy to deliver consistent, high-quality pipeline growth.
- Partner with sales leadership to align campaigns, messaging, and lead management processes.
- Develop clear KPIs and reporting to measure effectiveness, ROI, and contribution to revenue.
- Partner with the sales and marketing teams to refine the ICP, messaging platform and company positioning.
Campaign Development & Execution
- Design and manage multi-channel campaigns (digital, email, content syndication, events, webinars, paid media, ABM, SEO/SEM, GEO/AEO, LinkedIn Ads).
- Implement personalized marketing programs to engage target accounts and buying groups.
- Collaborate with marketing and content teams to create compelling messaging and short-form video content.
Systems, Data & Optimization
- Own the demand generation platform and CRM integrations to ensure lead flow, scoring, and nurturing processes are optimized.
- Use data-driven insights to continuously refine campaigns, improve conversion rates, and lower CAC (customer acquisition cost).
- Establish AI-driven lead scoring and workflows for smarter prospecting.
- Leverage the most current tools, techniques, and best practices, including AI and third-party sources, to optimize lead generation.
- Partner with Operations to ensure accurate reporting and forecasting of marketing-sourced pipeline.
Team & Cross-Functional Collaboration
- Serve as a key voice in supporting the CRO to shape overall brand and growth strategies and drive measurable marketing impact to pipeline growth.
- Conduct regular operating reviews with senior leadership, including CRO, CEO, and COO.
Job Requirements
- 5-10 years of B2B demand generation experience in a technology-driven, services, or finance/banking focused environment.
- Bachelor’s degree in business, marketing, communications or similar.
- Demonstrated track record of designing and scaling demand generation programs that deliver measurable pipeline and revenue growth.
- Deep expertise with marketing automation, CRM systems (e.g., HubSpot, Salesforce), and digital marketing channels.
- Strong analytical skills and experience with campaign performance analysis, reporting, and budget optimization.
- Experience with Account-Based Marketing (ABM), lifecycle marketing, and buyer journey orchestration.
- Exceptional leadership, collaboration, and communication skills, with the ability to influence across functions.
- Experience with utilizing AI tools and technologies to drive efficiency and effectiveness at scale.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills; ability to effectively communicate across functional teams at all levels of the organization.
- Strong organizational and multitasking skills with the ability to manage competing priorities in a fast-paced environment.
- A real estate sales associate license is required within 90 days of employment. (company covered expense)
- This is an in-office position (8:30 AM to 5:30 PM), Monday through Friday.

Compensation
Benchmark International offers a competitive compensation and benefit package, which includes the following: salary and commission/bonus with on-target earnings of $150,000 - $200,000, discretionary loyalty bonus, paid training, recognition initiatives, team-building outings, career advancement opportunities and more.
