- Develops and updates long-range landscape plans for all properties.
- Provides direct landscape maintenance services at all sites.
- Orders and maintains inventories of all material required for landscaping.
- Orders and maintains inventories all related equipment.
- Develops landscape site plan for Red Cedar and supervises on-site seasonal workers.
- As possible, includes client workers in maintenance duties.
- In off-season works in individual direct service capacity.
- Report any suspected abuse, neglect or exploitation immediately to supervisor or department head.
- Other duties as assigned.
- Comply with all standards to assure the health and safety of all individuals.
- Report to work as scheduled.
- Ability to supervise others
- Must have the ability to perform physical work required
- Excellent communication skills
- Valid Indiana driver’s license
- Specialized training in landscape design and maintenance
- At least 3 years related service
