We are looking for a temporary Content Creator/Social Media Promoter who can help drive our recruiting efforts to hire 500 employees over the next 6 months.

- High-end private hotel and conference center called Deloitte University. Closed to the public.
- Currently 800 hotel rooms - all single occupancy, no suites. Expanding to 1400 rooms early 2026!
- Three restaurants including a Starbucks.
- 105,000 square feet of meeting space - Ballrooms, Amphitheater and classrooms.
- Fitness Center, jogging trails and sports fields.
- All professional clientele. No weddings, holiday parties, school groups, or other social-type events.

Content Creator/Social Media Promoter - Temporary Assignment
Are you a creative storyteller with a passion for creating scroll-stopping content? Do you know how to turn ideas into posts that will engage and inspire? We are looking for a temporary Content Creator/Social Media Promoter who can help drive our recruiting efforts to hire 500 employees over the next 6 months.
What You Will Do
- Develop and post original, engaging content (photos, videos, ads) with the purpose of recruiting employees for a hotel.
- Manage and grow our presence on our social media platforms.
- Track performance and adjust strategies based on engagement and reach.
- Collaborate with our team to brainstorm and execute fresh ideas and campaigns using latest social trends for maximum views.
- Promote recruiting events and initiatives to expand our audience.
- Proven experience creating content for social media (portfolio or examples required).
- Strong skills in photography, videography, and graphic design.
- Knowledge of trends, hashtags, and best practices across Facebook, Instagram, and LinkedIn required (Snapchat and TikTok desired).
- Excellent communication and creative writing skills.
- Self-motivated, organized, and able to work independently.
