Requirements
Must have one of the following:
- A bachelor's degree in Mechanical engineering and 1 year of applicable work experience in the Mechanical design industry.
- 5 years of applicable work experience and demonstrated skill with Revit and/or AutoCAD.
- Combination of education and work experience may be considered in place of a degree.
Summary
The Mechanical Designer will utilize mechanical design concepts to produce full sets of construction documents for commercial building projects. Mechanical Designers will train and work with licensed professionals on a collaborative team to perform a variety of design tasks. This position requires a strong understanding of REVIT to design and develop construction documents for our multiple types of projects. The ability to efficiently complete sophisticated prototypical design for multiple types of buildings and Clients with little to no supervision is strongly desired. Designers will need to perform within budget guidelines and Client standards in a progressive manner. This position may require minimal travel.
