The Fire Protection Site Observation Technician will perform site survey and/or feasibility studies to collect and/or verify Client and site information, including preliminary conditions, design needs, requirements, and cost. The goal is to document site conditions for upcoming projects. This individual will also read and interpret design documents, identify code issues, and assist in cross-discipline observations.

Requirements
Minimum
- High school diploma or GED.
- Understanding of the Construction or A/E industry.
- Prior education, or technical/design work experience in Fire Protection.
- Previous Fire Sprinkler system knowledge in design, installation, or testing.
- Applicable work experience in the Construction or A/E industry or related field.
- Experience in REVIT platforms.
