The Fire Alarm Designer will utilize fire protection and electrical design concepts to produce full sets of construction documents for commercial building projects. Designers will train and work with licensed professionals in a collaborative team to perform a variety of design tasks. A basic understanding of AutoCAD and Revit to design and develop construction documents for our multiple types of projects is preferred for entry level positions. A strong understanding of AutoCAD and/or Revit to design and develop construction documents for our multiple types of projects is required for more experienced positions. This position may require minimal travel.

Requirements
Minimum
- 2 years of work experience or education in Fire Alarm, Fire Protection or the Electrical Engineering field.
- Bachelor's degree in Fire Protection, Electrical Engineering or related field.
- Applicable work experience with fire alarms or fire alarm design.
- 1 years of work experience with AutoCAD.
