Role Overview
We are seeking a driven, detail-oriented Associate Wealth Advisor to join our team and grow into an Investment Advisor Representative (IAR). In this role, you will help clients develop personalized retirement strategies and actively manage client relationships from the outset.
This is a senior advisor-track position designed for an early-career professional with prior experience, ready to build on a strong foundation and take on increasing responsibility in financial planning, client engagement, and long-term relationship management. Your goal is to develop the skills needed to grow into a senior advisory position.
Key Responsibilities
Client & Planning Support
- Collaborate with the senior advisor in developing and preparing comprehensive financial plans and retirement income strategies.
- Analyze client financial information, including assets, liabilities, and overall financial position.
- Participate in and begin leading portions of client meetings, developing the ability to assess goals and communicate recommendations.
Investment & Operations
- Support portfolio analysis and contribute to communicating performance and strategy to clients
- Research, analyze, and interpret relevant financial and market information
Growth & Engagement
- Contribute to client acquisition, relationship development, and retention efforts.
- Assist in client education initiatives, including webinars, podcasts, and outreach events.
Qualifications
Required:
- Bachelor’s degree in accounting, finance, business, economics, banking, or related field.
- 2-5 years of professional experience after graduation in financial services, banking, or a related client-facing role. This role is not intended for entry-level candidates.
- Series 6 or 7 and 63.
- Experience supporting financial planning, client relationships, or investment-related work
- Strong communication and analytical skills.
- Entrepreneurial mindset and desire to grow with a small business.
- Background verification is required. Fingerprinting will be conducted as part of the regulatory hiring process.
Preferred:
- Experience in financial planning software and tools.
- Progress towards Series 65, 66, or CFP.
- Prior client-facing experience in financial services, banking, or professional services.
- Exposure to sales, business development, or relationship management.

Compensation & Benefits
- Base salary of $50,000 - $75,000, flexible based on experience.
