Principle Duties/Responsibilities:
Electronic file management
Document sorting and categorization
Data entry and reporting in the Electronic Records Management System
Support the team in maintaining existing processes and assist in updating the workflows and processes as the needs of Benchmark evolves.
As needed, scan documents into electronic files.
Assists with both internal and external audits.
Assists with other miscellaneous duties as assigned.
Knowledge, Skills, Abilities:
Education: High School graduate with preparation in administrative support. Related college coursework preferred.
Experience: One year preferred
Knowledge of:
- Word Processing
- Fiscal Management
- Verbal and Written Communication Skills
- Organizational Skills
- Desk-Top Publishing Skills
- Knowledge of software applications and operations
