- Education & Experience: Bachelor’s degree in construction management, engineering, or a related field—or equivalent hands-on experience.
- Proven Track Record: 5 years of experience as a Construction Project Manager in a fast-paced environment.
- Industry Expertise: Deep knowledge of construction principles, engineering practices, management strategies, and applicable laws and regulations.
- Problem-Solving Power: Strong planning and decision-making skills to navigate challenges and keep projects on track.
