What We're Looking For
Benchmark is hiring a
Special Assets Specialistto manage late and/or delinquent accounts assigned to them, including making follow-up phone calls and sending correspondence necessary to resolve delinquency and assist customers in meeting their financial commitments to Benchmark Community Bank.
Qualifications
- Highly self-directed with strong interpersonal and clear written and verbal communication skills.
- Exceptional attention to detail with the ability to manage multiple priorities and deadlines effectively.
- Demonstrated ability to work under pressure while maintaining a positive, solutions-focused attitude.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook).
- Capable of working independently and completing assignments within established guidelines.
- Knowledge of collections, servicing, foreclosure, bankruptcy procedures, and related legal requirements is a plus.
Salary Range
$18.99/hr. - $25.40/hr.
Schedule:This is a full-time position, working Monday - Friday, 8:30 a.m. - 5:00 p.m. You can enjoy your weekends off
