Pay Range: $35.00 - $42.50 per hour DOE - PLUS generous shift differentials

PRN SHIFTS AVAILABLE (6a-2p, 2p-10p & 10p-6a), 2 shifts per month required

Your role & requirements:
- Completes assessments and plan of care on assigned patients and provides individualized nursing care
- Administers medications as assigned, serves as a resource for knowledge of medication uses, educates residents about their medications, checks for proper medication orders, dosage, side effects and documents medications according to policy
- Promotes and provides health care teaching to residents
- Valid Utah RN or Multi-State Compact authority to practice
