This Resort is surrounded by an ocean of Ponderosa Pines and gives guests exclusive access to Lake Arrowhead, a reservoir with a surface area of 780 acres. Lake Arrowhead is the perfect location for outdoor adventure enthusiasts and offers a variety of summertime and wintertime activities including hiking, mountain biking, fishing, kayaking, water skiing, snowboarding, snowshoeing, ziplining, and more. With 173 rooms and suites, wellness center, restaurant, bar, private lake beach, and expansive indoor/outdoor 23,000 sq ft of meeting space the experience is as timeless as your creative imagination. What you will have an opportunity to do: The cleanliness of a hotel/resort spa is one of the main reasons that keep our guests returning to and recommending our hotels to friends and family. It goes without saying that hotel housekeeping team has one of the most important roles that take place in a hotel daily. We are looking for individuals with great attention to detail to join our team as a Spa Attendant. The ideal candidate creates a memorable experience for our guests through their attention to detail and care they take in preparing and maintaining the cleanliness and organization of the Spa, Fitness, Locker Rooms, and Recreation areas. This role truly is the “Heart of the House” and provides key services for our guests to truly relax and enjoy their stay. Your Role: Engage with guests to ensure their stay is going well Work as a team to accomplish the goal of resort/hotel cleanliness Walk all areas of the Spa regularly to collect trash, and soiled linen. Pickup clean linen and refill the locker rooms as needed Ensure all amenities are well stocked and available for guest use Clean all spa public, member, and guest areas in the prescribed manner while following department standard operating procedures. Work with Housekeeping management to ensure necessary supplies are available Always respond in a friendly, helpful manner to guests and other team members. What are we looking for? QUALIFICATIONS: Engaging personality Attention to detail Time management skills Ability to work on feet for an extended period Ability to communicate effectively Ability to move, traverse, position self to reach corners on floors and high places; observe conditions, detect odors, operate equipment including spray bottles, vacuums, mops, brooms, dust pans, scrub pads and dusters.
