Key Responsibilities:
- Proactively generate and cultivate new business leads, primarily focusing on window tinting and ceramic coatings.
- Leverage existing industry contacts to drive sales and expand our customer base.
- Develop and maintain strong relationships with individual customers, auto dealerships, and businesses.
- Educate potential clients on the benefits of window tinting and ceramic coatings, customizing presentations to meet their specific needs.
- Meet or exceed weekly and monthly sales targets through effective communication and follow-up.
- Manage sales pipeline, customer inquiries, and leads efficiently through CRM software.
- Work closely with the operations team to ensure seamless service delivery and customer satisfaction.
- Continuously stay informed about industry trends, product offerings, and competitor activities to stay ahead of the curve.
- Assist in the development of marketing strategies to grow the business.
Qualifications:
- Proven sales experience, preferably in the automotive, detailing, or service-related industries. Industry contacts are a plus.
- Experience or knowledge of window tinting and ceramic coatings is highly desirable (training will be provided).
- Strong communication, negotiation, and relationship-building skills.
- Highly driven, self-motivated, and able to work independently with minimal supervision.
- Goal-oriented, with the ability to meet and exceed sales targets.
- Comfortable with a fast-paced, high-energy environment.
- A valid driver’s license and reliable transportation.
- High school diploma or equivalent (college degree a plus).

Pay: $75,000.00 - $150,000.00 per year
