That growth has created a need for a top-notch Tax Senior Manager ready to report to and work closely with the Managing Partner and Tax Director of Operations - an individual celebrated for their innovative and collaborative leadership. This role is your opportunity to a significant leadership position within a strategic and dynamic team.

The ideal candidate will bring:

• A Bachelor's Degree in Accounting and an active CPA designation or EA license (JD/LLM with relevant experience also welcome).
• Over 8 years of tax experience in a public accounting setting where the focus has been complex business entities with a keen focus on closely-held pass-through entities.
• Expertise in tax review, planning, and consulting across various sectors.
• While compliance review is a piece of the role, our client is looking for an individual who thrives in the area of tax advisory, tax planning, and tax consulting to bring solutions to the client's challenges, and someone that is a process, people and workflow guru!
