Job Overview
We are seeking a dedicated and skilled Forklift Operator/ Warehouser to join our tea, for our new warehouse in Brighton Colorado .
This role involves, ensuring the efficient movement of goods and maintaining inventory accuracy. The ideal candidate will possess a strong understanding of warehouse processes, safety protocols, and equipment operation.
Responsibilities
- Drive counterbalance propane forklift to unload quartz slabs from containers, loading slabs on the rack and load slabs into trucks.
- Prepare products/samples for shipping/delivery, including checking/attaching labels, sample boxes, staging the slabs for pickup.
- Assist Sales Reps to load/unload/replace samples when required.
- Perform general warehouse jobs.
- Adhere to OSHA safety standards while performing all tasks within the warehouse environment.
- Conduct regular inspections of heavy equipment to ensure operational safety and efficiency.
- Collaborate with team members to optimize warehouse layout and workflow for improved productivity.
- Assist in loading and unloading delivery vehicles, ensuring all packages are handled with care.
- drive the short flatbed 16'-20' long FLAT BED less than 25,999 lbs. Non CDL. WG locally for delivery if need
Experience
- Proven experience in a warehouse environment is preferred.
- Familiarity with inventory management systems and processes.
- Mechanical knowledge related to heavy equipment operation is a plus.
- Previous experience operating propane forklift, reach trucks, or similar machinery is highly desirable.
- Strong attention to detail and ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
- A valid driver's license may be required depending on specific driving duties associated with the role.
- Valid forklift operation certificate
