Job Summary
We are seeking a dynamic and results-driven Outside Sales Account Manager to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for managing client accounts, developing new business opportunities, and driving sales growth in Sales. .
The ideal candidate will possess strong communication skills and a proven track record in account management and technical sales. You will play a crucial role in building relationships with clients, understanding their needs, and providing tailored solutions that enhance their business operations.

Responsibilities
- Manage and nurture existing client accounts to ensure satisfaction and retention.
- Build, maintain, and expand relationships with existing and new clients.
- Manage pricing strategies and consistently achieve sales targets.
- Ensure brochures, samples, and product displays are updated and effectively placed at customer locations.
- Provide product training and education to clients.
- Track and report market conditions, including competitor activity.
- Resolve customer complaints and manage claims professionally.
- Represent Company and Brand at trade shows and industry events.
- Identify and pursue new business opportunities through warm calling and networking.
- Negotiate contracts and close sales effectively while maintaining strong client relationships.
- Analyze market trends and customer needs to develop sales plans.
- Collaborate with internal teams to deliver exceptional service and support to clients.
- Utilize ERP System for tracking sales activities, managing leads, and reporting on performance metrics.
- Daily CRM, Weekly quick report
- Communicate effectively with clients to understand their requirements and provide appropriate solutions for demand and sales to het the target monthly/quarterly.
Experience
- College degree or higher.
- Several years of proven sales experience in Outside Sales
- Established network within stone fabricators developers, contractors, and builders.
- Valid driver’s license.
- Computer literacy.
- Strong organizational skills with the ability to work independently.
- Competitive drive and passion for success.
- Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written, with a focus on building relationships.
- Proficiency in using Salesforce or similar CRM tools for managing customer interactions.
- Demonstrated leadership abilities in driving sales initiatives and mentoring junior team members is a plus.
