We are looking for a hard working, reliable and personable person to join our team!
- A customer service representative, or CSR, will act as a liaison, provide product/services information and resolve any emerging problems that our customer accounts might face with accuracy and efficiency
- They’re patient, empathetic, and passionately communicative
- Problem-solving comes naturally to customer care specialists
- Manage large amounts of incoming calls
- Identify and assess customers’ needs to achieve satisfaction
- Provide accurate, valid and complete information by using the right methods/tools
- Follow communication procedures, guidelines and policies
- Strong phone contact handling skills and active listening
- Ability to multi-task, prioritize, and manage time effectively
- MUST :
- Have reliable transportation
- Be available during normal business hours (8 am - 4 pm; Monday through Friday)
- Two Saturday's a month (8am - NOON) are REQUIRED
- Previous cash handling experience a plus.
- Bilingual in Spanish and English a plus
Job Types: Part-time
Salary: $18.00 per hour tips, PAID WEEKLY
