What are the responsibilities and job description for the Closing Coordinator position at Ben Stout Construction?
- Review CDs prior to closing.
- Prepare and maintain closing packages.
- File original CDs, plans, lender letters, etc.
- Daily communication with lenders, sales team, and homebuyers.
- Purchase agreement processing and filing.
- Communicate and follow-up with lenders, title, and sales staff to ensure timely closings.
- Review closing paperwork.
- Provides all information necessary to facilitate timely closings.
- Review contracts.
- Coordinate and manage calendar for walkthroughs, closings, and due diligence dates.
- Track closing process from receipt of Offer to Purchase to Closing date.
- Manage Sales Spreadsheet
- Track Builder Deposits and Additional Provisional Addendum agreements.
- Prepare Warranty Books and deliver them to the Construction Manager in a timely fashion.
- Set up Customer closing appointments with attorney's office and customer. Notify customers in writing of the closing. Notify Mortgage Company of closing dates scheduled.
- Supply attorneys with closing documentation including final surveys, soil treatments, contracts, certificates of occupancy and keys.
- Obtain expected closing dates from construction management for all contracts. Update closing dates in Builder trend as information is provided.
Salary : $45,000 - $50,000
