Seasonal/Weekends Help Needed (Perfect for College and HS Students)
A Team Member is responsible for the preparation and presentation of Ben's Soft pretzel products. You will learn how to prepare dough, roll pretzels, bake pretzels and our other products and provide excellent customer service by satisfying each customer's needs and exceeding their expectations. We are committed to your growth and development as well as committed to treating our customers with top service.
The Team Member will be responsible for operating our Ben’s Soft Pretzel bakery location. Team members are required to be trained in all aspects of the operations.
- Open and Close shifts required at times.
- Must be able to learn to roll pretzels and bake all Ben’s Soft Pretzels products to the standards and specifications required by Ben’s Soft Pretzels
Must be able to successfully participate and perform the Ben’s Soft Pretzels “Strive 4 Five” Customer Service experience.
- Perform all requirements of being a team member at a Ben’s Soft Pretzels franchise.
- Must meet all federal, state, county, and local labor requirements.
