Constant hand-eye/mind-eye coordination, hearing; intermittent keyboarding, use of wrists, hands, fingers, speaking, typing and writing. Frequent filing, sitting, standing and walking |

Ability to communicate effectively with and relate well to others. The ability to handle multiple tasks at one time. Computer proficiency in word processing, databases and spreadsheets. Knowledgeable and proficient in accounting and record keeping. Must be able to administer first aid and must be eligible for bonding. |
ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS & DUTIES
- Manages T & A accounts and completes necessary reports in a timely manner.
- Coordinates student registration process.
- Prepares, transcribes principals’ written communication.
- Prepares requisitions and process vouchers.
- Inventories, dispenses supplies, manuals, textbooks.
- Answers phone and takes messages.
- Sorts, distributes mail and other incoming communications.
- Administers first aid.
- Files principals’ correspondence and materials.
- 10.Serves as key operator for main phone system.
- 11.Codes and enters master schedule data
- 12.Prepares required reports.
- 13.Operates and maintains office machines.
- 14.Performs other duties as assigned by the Principal or Assistant Principal.

PAY INFORMATION
Clerical 0.5 Class III and 0.5 Class IV
Class III - Level KX, starting at $23.23 per hour
Class IV - Level LX, starting at $25.99per hour
Pay Day: Last working day of each month.
HOURS & FTE
Monday through Friday, 7:30 am to 4:00 pm with a 1/2 hour unpaid lunch break
1.0 FTE, 40 hours per week, 12 months (248 days)
