What are the responsibilities and job description for the Team Member/Sales Associate position at Ben & Jerry's St. Augustine?
We are looking for an outgoing and responsible hustler with a great attitude to contribute to a great team in-exchange for and awesome work environment and top tier compensation.
Team Members- you make the magic happen. Must be a team player, outgoing and positive mental attitude. You should be able to follow instructions, display integrity and accept criticism as an opportunity to grow.
Must legally be able to work till 30 min after shop closes. Experience is not required for the right person.
COMPENSATION:
You will earn base pay plus, shift-pooled TIPS and bonus based on your performance. Staff on average can earn between $15-25/hr
The average tip this year has been over $5 an HOUR In credit card tips, comparable cash tips, not including achievable Sales bonuses.
Structured pay raises based on meeting minimum requirements.
You may be tasked to work scheduled and sometimes last min events for great tips!
