What You'll Do
- Prepare and serve ice cream, shakes, and other treats with accuracy, speed, and a friendly attitude.
- Handle the register, process payments, and manage cash responsibly during your shifts.
- Keep the shop clean, organized, and fully stocked so every guest walks into a great experience.
- Bring positive energy to the team, especially during busy rushes, helping things run smoothly.
- Follow all food safety, sanitation, and cleanliness standards to maintain a safe environment.
- Within your first months, you confidently handle rush periods while maintaining friendly, efficient service.
- Guests regularly leave satisfied, and you contribute to positive feedback about the shop and team.
- You reliably arrive on time, complete assigned tasks, and can be counted on during peak shifts.
- You learn standard shop procedures and can step into different stations as needed with minimal direction.
- A positive, people-first attitude and genuine enjoyment of helping customers.
- Dependability: you show up on time, ready to work, and support your teammates.
- Comfort working on your feet in a fast-paced environment and lifting up to 30 lbs as needed.
- Flexible availability, including potential days, nights, weekends, and holidays.
- $17–$21 per hour (minimum wage plus tips)
