As Store Manager, you're the heartbeat of the shop a leader, motivator, and operations guru. You'll work closely with the District Shop Managers to:
- Oversee all daily operations, staffing, and budgeting
- Manage a team of 1015 awesome employees
- Lead training, coaching, and development efforts
- Create a positive, growth-focused work culture
- Maintain all store procedures, policies, and financial systems
- Handle ordering, deliveries, and inventory
- Drive store performance and local community engagement
- Champion an exceptional in-store and cake-ordering experience
- Keep things clean, safe, and fun always!
- Yearly salary: $47,840-$52,000
