Ready to level up? As an Assistant Manager, you'll help run the shop, motivate and develop your team, and make every guest's day sweeter. What You'll Do

• Lead, coach, and support scoopers & shift leads
• Keep daily ops on point: cash, inventory, schedules, opens/closes
• Set the standard for legendary guest service (and teach others to do the same)
• Help your team grow, learn, and win together
• Support community events and shop goals
• Hold it down when the Shop Manager is out
