Assistant District Manager (ADM)
We're looking for an ADM to help oversee multiple Ben & Jerry's scoop shops(Hoboken, Ridgewood & Riverwalk). This role covers operations, staff management, training, customer service, equipment upkeep, and financial reporting. You'll be hands-on, coaching teams, keeping shops running smoothly, and making sure customers leave happy.
Schedule (Spring-Fall)
Full-time in NJ shops. Expect 5 long shifts per week (10-11 hrs) plus weekends/nights. Mileage reimbursement applies between store locations.
What You'll Do

What You'll Do
- Keep shops running: scheduling, staffing, training, coaching, and jumping in when needed.
- Oversee customer service, cake orders/decorating, and off-site catering/events.
- Manage inventory, deliveries, cleanliness, and equipment upkeep.
- Handle financial reporting, labor goals, payroll, and expense tracking.
- Ensure compliance with policies, safety, and standards.
- Support 25-60 staff across shops, building a strong, motivated team.
Salary : $70,000 - $75,000
