- Average starting pay is $23.50 per hour (including tips), with a guaranteed minimum of $20.50 per hour (some exclusions apply).

Job responsibilities include:
- Providing excellent customer service
- Scooping ice cream, making waffle cones, and preparing menu items
- Handling cash and using the register
- Keeping the shop clean and following food safety standards
- Restocking and organizing merchandise displays
- Supporting coworkers and shift leaders as needed
