Role Description
This is a full-time, on-site role for a General Manager based in Boston, MA. The General Manager will oversee day-to-day operations, ensuring excellent customer service and smooth running of the scoop shops. Responsibilities include managing staff, leading teams, supervising catering operations, supporting local community initiatives, and maintaining inventory and financial controls. The role also involves strategic planning to ensure all locations meet business objectives and uphold the values of the Ben & Jerry’s brand.
