Responsibilities: Training is available
- Deliver exceptional patient care by creating a welcoming, comfortable environment and addressing patient concerns with compassion and professionalism.
- Assist the dentist during treatment procedures, ensuring efficiency and patient comfort.
- Prepare treatment rooms, patients, and equipment to meet the highest standards of cleanliness and safety.
- Sterilize and maintain instruments, strictly adhering to infection control protocols.
- Take dental X-rays with precision, ensuring patient comfort throughout the process.
- Provide patients with clear post-treatment care instructions and guidance to promote optimal recovery and oral health.
- Manage patient flow and scheduling to ensure smooth clinic operations.
- Accurately maintain patient records, ensuring all documentation is up to date.
- Collaborate with the dental team to deliver comprehensive, patient-centered care, improving patient outcomes.
Qualifications:
- Completion of a Dental Assistant program preferred but not required.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with a passion for delivering top-quality patient care.
- Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment.
- Commitment to continuing education and professional development.
- Previous experience as a Dental Assistant is preferred but not required.
