Are you an experienced driver who knows how to navigate the busy streets of Philadelphia and Manhattan? Are you physically strong, hardworking, and passionate about providing excellent customer service? If so, we want you on our team!
We are seeking a reliable, experienced Driver & Delivery Specialist to handle rug pickups and deliveries while providing outstanding service to our customers. Our territories include NJ, PA, NY and Delaware.
What We're Looking For
- Clean driving record.
- Proven experience driving in Philadelphia and Manhattan.
- Ability to lift, carry, and maneuver rugs (some as heavy as 75 lbs)
- Exceptional work ethic and dependability.
- Excellent customer service and communication skills.
- Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment.
- Professional attitude and strong attention to detail.
- Sales experience is a plus!
- Must have your own vehicle to drive to and from our office in Westville, NJ.
Responsibilities
- Pick up and deliver rugs to residential and commercial customers.
- Safely load, unload, and transport heavy rugs.
- Provide professional, courteous customer service.
- Navigate congested city streets and challenging parking situations.
- Maintain an organized vehicle and complete deliveries efficiently.
- Represent our company with professionalism and pride.

This is a hands-on position for someone who is not afraid of hard work!
Compensation: Starting at $25 per hour opportunity to earn additional income through customer tips and company incentives.
Employment Type: Full Time Monday-Friday (weekend work is available for those who would like additional hours).
Hours: 7:45am-5pm and one day per week where you start between 6-7am to avoid traffic in North Jersey/New York and can arrive to the first destination between 8-9am.
We are a family owned and operated company. We do not offer health benefits.
Eligibility for PTO after 6 months.
