What we are looking for:
We are seeking to add minimum B level technicians to our team backed by a
45-year veteran Ford Master Technician. The B level technician is expected to have:
- A minimum of 5 years of Ford Dealership experience with diagnostic training.
- Personal tools & storage to diagnose & repair most vehicles.
- Able to teach & instruct C level technicians while being compensated for training.
This is a plug & play addition. Our business has doubled and continues to grow. You will be bringing a strong, growing skillset to our team & will be treated in kind.
Schedule: Monday through Friday, no weekends.
- 7:30 AM to 4:30 PM
- 8:00 AM to 5:00 PM

Responsibilities - Automotive Technician:
Diagnose problems and repair automotive systems, including engine, transmission, electrical, steering, suspension, braking, air conditioning, etc. based on certifications and experience.- Perform vehicle MPI’s.
- Test vehicle components and systems using diagnostic tools.
- Provide labor and time estimates for vehicle repairs when required.
- Test drive vehicles before and after repairs.
- Learn new information in training sessions to stay current with rapidly changing technology.
Qualifications - Automotive Technician:
Automotive Service Tech/Mechanic experience. A minimum of 5 years of Ford Dealership experience with diagnostic training preferred- Factory training and/or trade school training required
- All previous automotive experience will be considered
- Personal tools
- Versatile in skills and tasks performed
- Valid driver's license and insurable
- A positive attitude, good work ethics and problem-solving skills

- Must pass pre-employment background check, MVR, and drug screen
