We are seeking a motivated and detail-oriented Detailer to join our automotive service team. In this role, you will be responsible for maintaining the cleanliness, appearance, and overall presentation of vehicles, ensuring they meet our high standards of quality and customer satisfaction. Responsibilities

• Perform vehicle exterior washing, including hand washing and use of cleaning equipment to remove dirt, grime, and debris
• Conduct vehicle paint correction and buffing using automotive buffers to restore shine and smoothness - preferred but not a requirement
• Detail vehicle interiors by vacuuming, cleaning upholstery, dashboards, windows, and other surfaces to ensure a spotless appearance
• Use specialized tools and products for automotive buffing, polishing, and cleaning to achieve optimal results - preferred but not a requirement
• Maintain vehicle cleanliness throughout the detailing process, adhering to safe work practices at all times
• Assist with heavy lifting tasks when handling large or bulky equipment or vehicles as needed

Requirements

• Prior experience in auto detailing, car wash operations, or custodial work is preferred but not required; training will be provided
• Knowledge of standard passenger car operation and safe work practices in an automotive environment
• Familiarity with vehicle paint correction techniques and automotive buffing tools is a plus
• Ability to operate cleaning equipment safely and efficiently in an auto detailing facility setting
• Strong customer service skills with a positive attitude towards clients and team members
• Ability to perform heavy lifting safely and stand for extended periods during shifts
• Valid driver’s license with clean driving record; experience driving manual transmission vehicles is advantageous
• Excellent attention to detail with a focus on vehicle exterior and interior cleanliness
