Golf Host/Golf Course Attendant
The Bemus Point Golf Club & Tap House is looking for a friendly, dependable, and energetic individual to join our Golf Host Team.
This position plays an important role in creating a great experience for our golfers and guests. We are looking for someone who enjoys working with people, takes pride in keeping things organized, and is willing to jump in wherever needed to support the team.
Weekend availability is required.
Responsibilities
- Greet golfers and guests with a friendly and welcoming attitude.
- Assist golfers with check-in and tee time management.
- Handle cash, credit card transactions, and customer payments accurately.
- Answer phones professionally and take messages when needed.
- Provide general information about the golf course and daily operations.
- Organize and maintain golf carts.
- Wash, fuel, and sanitize golf carts.
- Help keep the clubhouse, cart area, and surrounding grounds clean and presentable.
- Empty outdoor trash receptacles.
- Assist with keeping tee boxes and guest areas clean.
- Complete opening and closing duties as assigned.
- Work alongside the golf and hospitality teams to deliver an exceptional guest experience.
Qualifications
- Friendly, outgoing personality with strong customer service skills.
- Reliable, trustworthy, and self-motivated.
- Comfortable handling cash and customer transactions.
- Golf knowledge is helpful but not required.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Ability to remain active throughout a shift and work in varying weather conditions.
- Must be available to work weekends and holidays during the golf season.
