Position: Manufacturing Assistant
Job Description:
The Manufacturing Assistant is responsible for the production of BeMore Bird Supplies' products. This is a very small, but fast-growing, company, and there is considerable room for upward mobility. This position is part-time, but can eventually evolve to full-time for the right employee. This position will be responsible for the following duties and responsibilities:
- Responsible for the assembly of all BeMore Bird Supplies and American Bird Bands products.
- Assist in the assembly of all products.
- Maintain a clean and safe work environment.
- Perform other duties as assigned.
Competencies:
- Ability to work in a slow-paced environment. (It can get a bit boring and repetitive, but you can listen to music, podcasts or audiobooks while you work)
- Self-motivated and able to work independently or as part of a team.
- Ability to follow instructions and follow procedures.
- Ability to work in detail-oriented manner.
- Ability to work with basic Microsoft programs such as Word, Excel, etc.
- Ability to work at least 20 hours per week.
