Position Summary:
Our Manufacturing Operators work in a variety of departments and may be responsible for running machines, assembly lines, packaging, driving forklift and other activities as needed.
Specific Responsibilities:
Note: We are hiring for a variety of our Sheboygan Falls Locations - each facility runs different products which ultimately changes the operator role. We will provide you more specific details of the facility for the open roles.
- Utilize established methods and tools to ensure product meets quality standards
- Ability to accurately record production and quality
- Ability to follow safety rules and regulations while maintaining a safe and clean workspace
- Able to communicate issues and improvements so we can continue to grow and be innovative as a team
- Perform all initial and secondary job requirements proficiently
- Perform inspection of products
- Report production figures
- Keep tools, equipment, and workplace in a clean, orderly, and safe condition.
- Assist in setup of workstation
Qualifications:
- 18 years or older
- High School Diploma or equivalent
- Ability to lift up to 50 lbs.
- Stand for extended periods of time
- Self Motivated and driven
- Attendance is Key!
