Key Responsibilities:
- Evaluate Customer Parts: Analyze customer-provided parts and specifications to determine if they can be produced by Bemidji Steel Company.
- Feasibility Assessment: Conduct feasibility studies to assess the manufacturability of parts, considering material, design, and production capabilities.
- Quote Preparation: Collaborate with the sales team to prepare accurate and competitive quotes based on the feasibility assessment.
- Evaluation Process Assistance: Assist in the evaluation process by providing technical insights and recommendations to optimize part design for manufacturability.
- Documentation: Maintain detailed records of evaluations, quotes, and communications to ensure transparency and traceability.
