We’re growing, and we’re looking for a Parts Counter Specialist who takes pride in their work, knows their way around automotive parts, and loves helping people find the right solution.
What You’ll Do
You’ll be the go-to expert at our parts counter — the person customers, technicians, and service advisors rely on. You’ll report directly to the Parts Manager. Day to day, you will:
- Assist retail and wholesale customers with parts, accessories, and upgrades
- Provide accurate, fast, and friendly service at the counter and over the phone
- Work closely with our service and sales teams to keep the dealership running smoothly
- Receive and process incoming inventory and keep the department clean and organized
- Handle pricing, merchandising, and stock management
- Manage multiple customers and requests in a busy, fast-paced environment
What We’re Looking For
Required:
- Strong communication and customer service skills
- A sharp eye for detail and organization
- Ability to multitask and stay composed in a fast-paced environment
- A positive, team-first attitude
Preferred (but not required):
- Experience at a dealership or retail parts counter
- Knowledge of OEM automotive parts or dealership DMS software
