These are school term, job level 1 ($19.36/hour with a $4.50 per hour shift differential), positions with the Transportation Department. These positions range from 4 to 6 hours per day. The work hours are approximately 6:00 a.m. - 9:00 a.m. & 2:00 p.m. - 5:00 p.m. Bus Monitors assist the bus driver in the safe transportation of students to and from school. Duties include loading and unloading students, monitoring students, assisting with student discipline and assisting students with physical needs.
