Sales Engineer

Bemana is looking for a Sales Engineer in the Savannah, GA area to join a leader in the industrial HVAC space throughout the Southeast United States. In this high impact role you will train directly under the Branch Manager meeting customers throughout Georgia. This company is known for their long tenured employees, strong client relationships, and technical expertise in the industrial HVAC and mission critical industries.

Responsibilities:

• Assist with HVAC equipment estimates, interpret construction plans/specifications, and use OST software and manufacturer tools for take-offs, product selection, and pricing.
• Provide technical consultation, product recommendations, and custom proposals/quotes for mechanical contractors, engineers, and building owners.
• Shadow Outside Sales Engineers to learn client management, develop sales skills, and build long-term industry relationships.
• Promote the company's HVAC products to existing and prospective clients to drive business growth.
• Work with internal teams to ensure accurate, timely sales execution and support company performance initiatives.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree in Mechanical Engineering, Building Construction, or a related field preferred.
• Strong interest in technical sales, excellent communication skills, and a proactive, eager-to-learn mindset.
• Basic understanding of HVAC systems (or a strong desire to learn) and
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office; OST software experience is a plus.
• Detail-oriented, highly organized, and able to multitask in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment.
