Responsibilities
- Greet visitors warmly, ensuring they feel comfortable while managing front desk operations efficiently
- Answer multiple phone lines promptly using multi-line phone systems, directing calls appropriately and providing excellent customer support
- Maintain accurate records through data entry, filing, and document proofreading to ensure compliance and organization
- Assist clients with insurance-related questions, explaining coverage options clearly and guiding them through necessary paperwork
- Support office management tasks such as inventory of supplies and filing systems,
- Utilize computer skills including Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel), Google Workspace (Gmail, Calendar), and general computer literacy to streamline daily operations
Requirements
- Prior office experience with clerical duties and administrative support is highly preferred
- Must be have computer skills with experience in Microsoft Excel and Word.
- Strong customer service skills with excellent phone etiquette and the ability to handle sensitive information professionally
- Exceptional organizational skills with the ability to multitask efficiently in a fast-paced environment
- Experience managing multi-line phone systems and handling front desk responsibilities confidently
- Insurance knowledge is a plus but not required.

Pay: $14.00 - $15.00 per hour
