Job Overview: Belvista Software, LLC is seeking a highly skilled and organized hands-on Implementation Manager to join our dynamic team. As an Implementation Manager, you will play a critical role in leading and managing the successful implementation of our advanced technology solutions for our clients in the accounts receivable industry. The ideal candidate will have strong leadership abilities, and a customer-centric mindset as well as hands-on experience with business process optimization. Responsibilities
As an Implementation Manager, you will play a critical role in leading and managing the successful implementation of our advanced technology solutions for our clients in the accounts receivable industry. We are looking for a hands-on technical leader with management experience, who can effectively guide the implementation process. You will collaborate closely with cross-functional teams, including project managers, software engineers, developers, and client support team, to ensure seamless and efficient implementation processes. Some of the key responsibilities are as follows:
- Client Workflow Discovery: Conduct in-depth analysis and discovery sessions with clients to understand their existing workflows, identify pain points, and document current business processes.
- Business Process Documentation: Collaborate with clients and internal stakeholders to document and map out their business processes, including workflows, roles, and responsibilities, and key performance indicators (KPIs).
- Resource Allocation: Identify and allocate the necessary resources, both internal and external, required for successful implementation, ensuring that project timelines and deliverables are met.
- System Configuration: Lead the configuration of our solutions to align with client requirements and optimize system functionality.
- Process Optimization: Continuously review and improve implementation processes, methodologies, and tools to enhance efficiency, scalability, and customer satisfaction.
- Risk Management: Identify potential risks and develop mitigation strategies to minimize project disruptions, ensuring that projects are delivered on time and within budget.
- Documentation and Reporting: Maintain accurate documentation of project progress, including status reports, implementation logs, and issue tracking, and provide regular updates to stakeholders.
- Post-Implementation Support: Collaborate with the Client Support team to ensure a smooth transition and handover of implemented solutions, addressing any post-implementation issues or concerns.
Experience
- Bachelor's degree in business, computer science, engineering, or a related field. A relevant master's degree is a plus.
- Proven experience as a hands-on Implementation Manager preferably in the software or technology industry.
- Demonstrated leadership skills with the ability to motivate and guide cross-functional teams towards project success.
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to effectively collaborate with clients, stakeholders, and internal teams.
