The Manager of Dining Services is charged with the oversight of all dining services operations and is responsible for developing, implementing and maintaining a comprehensive dining program. Responsibilities:
- Manage employee performance and professional development.
- Write and/or revise departmental policies and procedures.
- Train employees in safety and security policies and procedures, environmental health, sanitation, and disease control.
- Oversee the food service budget.
- Oversee all aspects of on-campus dining services.
- Ensure the optimal customer dining experience., Create monthly reports on the performance of each dining facility.
- Consult with customers to ensure their satisfaction with services.
