• Be the point of contact for clients and vendors on the day of the event.
• Oversee event setup, ensuring everything is in place and up to our high standards.
• Troubleshoot any last-minute changes or challenges with a calm and professional demeanor.
• Collaborate with the team to ensure seamless execution of all event details.
• Provide exceptional service to clients, guests, and vendors to ensure a positive experience for everyone involved.

• Experience: At least 1 year of experience in event coordination or a related field.
• Skills: Excellent organizational and communication skills, with the ability to multitask under pressure.
• Personality: A positive, can-do attitude with a passion for creating memorable experiences.
• Flexibility: Willingness to adapt to the unique needs of each event and work in a dynamic environment.
