Pay Range of $40,000 - $60,000 salary based on experience

POSITION OVERVIEW:
- Greet customers promptly, gather vehicle and customer info for repairs and invoicing
- Generate health reports upon vehicle arrivals for immediate insight into reported vehicle issues
- Accurately document vehicle issues, concerns, and maintenance needs
- Maintain customer relationships through a continuous positive attitude and attentiveness daily
- Assist with answering telephone calls when necessary
- Work closely with Accounting personnel regarding customer account changes, customer credits, and clearing the sublet accounts when necessary
- Maintain and file all necessary documentation required by the Service Department
- Other duties as assigned
Requirements
- A valid driver's license is required for this position
- Team player with a strong sense of commitment to the customer and service team
- Self motivated and have good written and verbal communication skills
- Sensitive to customer needs and a good listener
- Ability to conduct his/her-self in a professional manner
