About the work:
- We are currently hiring for all shifts: 1st shift (Monday through Friday 6:30 a.m. to 3:00 p.m.), 2nd shift (Monday through Thursday 3:00 p.m. to 1:30 a.m.) and 3rd shift (Sunday through Thursday 10:00 p.m. to 6:30 a.m.).
- 2nd and 3rd shift include a $2.00/hour shift premium on top of base pay rate.
- Work both individually and together with team members to complete custom job orders.
- Use basic hand tools (hammer, knives, wrenches, measuring tapes, T-squares, etc.) and power tools (drills, sanders, grinders) to perform detail work specific to each project.
- Use measuring tapes and T-squares to mark off specific measurements and either cut or apply adhesives.
- Operate manual production machinery
- Use hammers and other machinery to install simple and complex mechanical fasteners

Requirements:
- A demonstrated history of successful work experience, preferably in a manufacturing or manual labor environment.
- A mechanical aptitude and a desire to learn – we are ready to teach you about conveyor belting!
- Ability to lift at least 50 pounds
- Legally eligible for employment in this country
Benefits:
