About the work:
As a Production Technician, you’ll help create custom conveyor belt solutions for customers across a wide range of industries.
If you’ve worked in construction, automotive, landscaping, warehouses, flooring, carpentry, manufacturing, or other hands-on jobs, you may already have the skills needed to have a successful career here. We can teach conveyor belting. The work ethic and attitude are what matter most.
Your day may include:
• Measuring, cutting, assembling, and fabricating conveyor belts
• Using hand tools, power tools, and production equipment
• Reading measurements and following customer specifications
• Installing mechanical fasteners and components
• Working independently and as part of a team to complete custom orders
Not all projects are exactly alike, which means you’ll continually build new skills and gain valuable manufacturing experience.

Available Shifts:
1st Shift: Monday-Friday | 6:30 AM – 3:00 PM
2nd Shift: Monday-Thursday | 3:00 PM – 1:30 AM
3rd Shift: Sunday-Thursday | 10:00 PM – 6:30 AM
Requirements:
- Mechanical aptitude and a desire to learn
- Ability to lift 50 pounds
- Reliable attendance and strong work ethic
- Legal authorization to work in the United States
