What You’ll Do
- Welcome patients and visitors with warmth and professionalism
- Answer incoming calls with confidence and care
- Schedule and manage various types of appointments
- Verify insurance eligibility and review hearing aid benefits
- Communicate financial and insurance information clearly and compassionately
- Perform clerical and administrative duties while following established procedures
- Support a positive, team-oriented office environment
What We’re Looking For
- A professional, positive, and friendly demeanor
- Strong customer service skills (medical office experience preferred)
- Proficiency in Microsoft Word, Excel, and Outlook
- Excellent organizational and multitasking abilities
- Clear and confident communication skills
- Ability to learn quickly, follow processes, and accept coaching
- Strong time management skills with minimal supervision
Compensation and Benefits:
