What You’ll Do
- Conduct comprehensive hearing evaluations to assess patient needs
- Recommend and dispense hearing instruments, accessories, and rehabilitative services
- Educate patients and families on hearing health and treatment options
- Deliver Beltone’s exclusive Belcare® Promise, ensuring a best-in-class patient experience
- Build long-term patient relationships through follow-up care and trust
- Participate in community outreach and local engagement initiatives
- Collaborate with teammates to support clinic and patient success
- Active Nevada Hearing Instrument Specialist license OR Au.D. eligible to dispense in NV
- 1 year of experience fitting and dispensing hearing instruments (preferred)
- Strong communication, empathy, and consultative approach to patient care
- Proven ability to meet or exceed performance goals while maintaining clinical integrity
- Commitment to professionalism, ethics, and continuous improvement
- First-year total compensation starting at $95,000 (base bonuses)
